Every single visit

What we do every week

Seven things, in the same order, on every pool. Not a quick skim and a chlorine tab.

Vacuum the floor

Every visit starts on the bottom. We vacuum the full floor — steps, benches and the deep end — so silt and sediment leave the pool instead of getting stirred back into suspension.

Brush the walls & steps

Algae takes hold on surfaces before it ever clouds the water. Brushing walls, steps and behind the ladder every week is the cheapest algae prevention there is.

Scrub the tile line

Hard water leaves a calcium band right at the waterline. We scrub the tile weekly so scale never gets thick enough to need an acid wash or bead blasting.

Skim the surface

Leaves, blossoms, bugs and blown-in debris come off the surface before they sink and start feeding algae or staining the plaster.

Empty the baskets

Skimmer baskets and the pump basket both get emptied. A packed basket starves the pump, kills circulation and is the single most common cause of premature motor failure.

Test & balance the chemistry

Free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid — tested at the pool, adjusted on the spot. Chemicals are included in your monthly rate.

Check & clean the filter

We watch filter pressure every week and clean, backwash or tear down the filter on schedule for your system — sand, cartridge or DE.

Why weekly matters

Why regular pool maintenance matters in Phoenix

Extreme UV, hard Colorado River water and monsoon dust make the Valley the toughest pool climate in the country — chlorine burns off in days and calcium scales tile within a season.

  • Health and safety. Properly sanitised water is the difference between a pool and a petri dish. Chlorine, pH and stabilizer all have to be right — not just one of them.
  • Equipment life. Clean baskets and filters mean the pump is not fighting a restriction. Balanced water means the heater and salt cell are not scaling shut.
  • Surface protection. Low pH etches plaster; high pH and hard water scale the tile. Both are expensive to reverse and easy to prevent.
  • Cost. A single algae recovery costs several months of routine service — and it is entirely avoidable.

The difference

Why Phoenix homeowners stay with us

No contracts to hold anyone in place. People stay because the pool is right every week.

Same tech, same day, every week

You are on a fixed route with a fixed service day. Not a dispatch queue, not a different face every visit. Your technician learns your pool — its equipment, its quirks, how it behaves in heat.

Chemicals included in the price

The monthly rate covers routine chemicals. No per-visit chemical add-ons and no bigger bill because it was a hot month.

Transparent, flat-rate pricing

One monthly number, quoted before you sign up, based on your actual pool. Extras like salt cell cleaning or a filter tear-down are quoted separately in advance — never billed as a surprise.

No contract, month to month

We keep customers by showing up and doing the work, not by locking them into a term. Cancel any time with notice before your next billing date.

Licensed, insured and reachable

Fully insured, with a real phone number answered by a person during business hours and a service report after every visit.

Local conditions

Pools here work harder than most

Extreme UV, hard Colorado River water and monsoon dust make the Valley the toughest pool climate in the country — chlorine burns off in days and calcium scales tile within a season. That is why our route schedule and chemical program are built for this market rather than copied from somewhere milder.

  • Spring (Mar–May). Water warms fast and pollen from palo verde and olive trees loads the surface. Getting chemistry dialled in now is what keeps the pool clear through July.
  • Monsoon (Jun–Sep). Dust storms drop a season of debris in twenty minutes and 115° heat destroys free chlorine daily. This is the stretch where weekly service earns its keep.
  • Fall (Oct–Nov). Swim season keeps going while leaf and seed drop picks up. We rebalance for cooler water and clean filters loaded by monsoon season.
  • Winter (Dec–Feb). Pools stay open year round in the Valley. Lower demand means we focus on calcium, salt cells and equipment before the next hot season.

2

Get a flat monthly quote

One number, chemicals included, with your service day. No contract to sign and no deposit. If the price does not work for you, nothing happens.

3

We start the next route day

Your technician runs the full weekly checklist from the first visit and reports back. From there you mostly stop thinking about the pool.

Where we run weekly routes

Our Valley routes are ZIP-defined, not radius-guessed. If your ZIP is on the list below, you are on an existing weekly route — which means a real service day, not a "we'll see if we can get out there."

FAQ

Pool service in Phoenix — your questions answered

Everything most homeowners ask before starting weekly service. See all questions.

How much does weekly pool service cost in Phoenix?

Complete weekly service starts at $124 a month for a standard residential pool up to about 20,000 gallons, with routine chemicals included. Larger pools, attached spas, water features or heavy tree cover can move the price, which is why we quote your pool specifically instead of publishing a rate and adding to it later.

How often should my pool be cleaned?

Weekly, without exception. Extreme UV, hard Colorado River water and monsoon dust make the Valley the toughest pool climate in the country — chlorine burns off in days and calcium scales tile within a season. A pool serviced every other week spends half its life out of balance, and in this climate that is how you end up paying for an algae recovery instead of routine service.

Are chemicals included in the monthly price?

Yes. Chlorine, acid, alkalinity increaser, stabilizer and shock are all part of your monthly rate. The only separate charges are specialty items a particular pool needs occasionally — algaecide during a recovery, phosphate remover, calcium hardness increaser on a fresh fill, or salt for a salt system — and those are always quoted before we add them.

Is there a contract?

No. Service is month to month. Cancel any time by giving notice before your next billing date — there is no term, no early termination fee and no cancellation penalty.

Do I need to be home for service?

No. Almost all of our customers are at work when we come. We just need reliable access to the pool area — a gate code, a lock box, or an unlocked side gate on your service day. If you have a dog, tell us and we will work out an arrangement that keeps everyone comfortable.

What types of filters do you service?

All three: sand, cartridge and DE. That includes backwashing, cartridge cleaning, DE grid tear-downs and media replacement when it is due. We log filter pressure at every visit so the filter is serviced on condition rather than on a guess.

Do you service salt water pools?

Yes, and they get the same full weekly checklist. We also verify salt level and check the cell for scale. Acid-bath cell cleaning is available as an add-on and is quoted in advance.

How do you ensure the water is actually safe?

We test the full panel at the pool with professional reagents every week — free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid — and dose on the spot. Readings are logged so we can spot a pool trending out of range before it becomes a problem you can see.
