Who we are
Superior Point Inc. has been in the swimming pool industry since 2004. We provide weekly residential pool cleaning and maintenance — the recurring, unglamorous work that keeps a backyard pool clear, balanced and swimmable without the owner having to think about it.
Our Phoenix operation runs fixed weekly routes across Maricopa County. Fixed routes matter more than they sound like they should: they are why your service day does not move, why the same technician sees your pool every week, and why equipment problems get caught while they are still small.
What we actually do
Every pool on our books gets the same seven-point weekly visit — vacuum, brush, tile, skim, baskets, full chemistry panel, filter check — with routine chemicals included in the monthly rate. Beyond that we handle filter service, green pool recovery, salt systems and equipment repair.
What we do not do is quote a low headline rate and make it back on add-ons. Extras are quoted before the work, every time, and nothing appears on an invoice that you have not approved.
How we operate
We are fully insured. Our technicians are trained on the chemistry and the equipment, not just handed a net. Every visit produces a service report, so you know the pool was serviced, what the readings were, and anything that needs your attention.
Service is month to month. There is no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee — we would rather earn the next month than trap you in it.
Serving Phoenix and Maricopa County
Extreme UV, hard Colorado River water and monsoon dust make the Valley the toughest pool climate in the country — chlorine burns off in days and calcium scales tile within a season. A pool here is not a low-maintenance object, and pretending otherwise is how owners end up paying for algae recoveries and early equipment replacement. Our whole model is built around never letting a pool get there.

Chemicals included in the price
The monthly rate covers routine chemicals. No per-visit chemical add-ons and no bigger bill because it was a hot month.

One monthly number, quoted before you sign up, based on your actual pool. Extras like salt cell cleaning or a filter tear-down are quoted separately in advance — never billed as a surprise.

Superior Point Inc. has been in the pool industry for two decades. This is not a first-season operation learning on your plaster.
The weekly checklist, in full
- Vacuum the floor. Every visit starts on the bottom. We vacuum the full floor — steps, benches and the deep end — so silt and sediment leave the pool instead of getting stirred back into suspension.
- Brush the walls & steps. Algae takes hold on surfaces before it ever clouds the water. Brushing walls, steps and behind the ladder every week is the cheapest algae prevention there is.
- Scrub the tile line. We remove debris floating on the surface that gets stuck on your tiles.
- Skim the surface. Leaves, blossoms, bugs and blown-in debris come off the surface before they sink and start feeding algae or staining the plaster.
- Empty the baskets. Skimmer baskets and the pump basket both get emptied. A packed basket starves the pump, kills circulation and is the single most common cause of premature motor failure.
- Test & balance the chemistry. Free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid — tested at the pool, adjusted on the spot. Chemicals are included in your monthly rate.
- Monitor the filter. We monitor your filter pressure and let you know when it is time to clean your filter. We can gladly perform this service for you promptly upon your approval.
